Hello lash lovers! We are very excited to service you. We count with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. All new clients are required to sign an online consent form. Consultations with patch tests are available to make sure you are a candidate for lash extensions. *Deposit of $50dlrs are required for new clients and new lash sets. The deposit will go towards your service. Deposit is non refundable. BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE FOLLOWING, PLEASE READ *If you are sick PLEASE cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 24hrs in advance. Masks are OPTIONAL to wear for all guests. *Prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellation Policy • There is a 10mins tolerance starting at the time that was scheduled. • If you need to change your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior. • Please respect our 24-hour cancellation policy. If canceling, you must call 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid penalty of $50dlrs. • No Shows or Canceling the Day of your appointment will be charged the total of the service it was booked. What to expect on your appointment: 1. No additional persons are allowed at our studio neither in waiting area. Please make sure you come by yourself. 2. Please arrive on time to avoid a possible reschedule with a clean face, no face or eye make up/eye creams. IMPORTANT: No eye contacts. 3. Phones must be on silent, it is important that your eyes remain closed during the entire service, and that your head movement is kept to a minimum.
